2025 Merchandise Vendor Application

Vendors must provide their own equipment (canopies, tables, chairs, etc. and own insurance
• We will not provide hydro hook-ups
• Vendor can begin to set-up – TBD
• All fees are non-refundable and are to be paid on day 1 upon set-up
Ohana Music Festival will not be held responsible for any liability, loss/stolen/damaged merchandise or injuries incurred during the duration of the festival.
